Add a launcher to Top Panel (e.g. Click System -> Preferences -> right click "Desktop Background" and select "Add this launcher to panel") 2. On Top Panel, drag the launcher to the new location on the panel 3. Still a problem with gnome-panel-2.16.1-1.fc6
This is fixed in gnome-panel-2.16.1-2.fc6, currently in updates-testing
I'm still seing the problem with gnome-panel-2.16.1-2.fc6... I chose a launcher from the Application menu and "Add to panel" - Then left-mouse-button dragged the new launcher around in the same panel twice, and *poof*
This has been fixed in rawhide for a while.
