I've just successfully built a scratch build of nox on Fedora 35 (from the rawhide branch): https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=86872681 It installs and seems to work fine (using it on the pypa/packaging project). Could you please request branches and ship the packages officially for Fedora 35 and 36? Thanks If you are not interested, I'd be happy to co-maintain the package.
