Description of problem: pmbootstrap is dependent upon openssl, but the rpm-package of pmbootstrap is not dependent upon openssl. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 1.42.0-1.fc37 How reproducible: Unknown. Occurred 1 time. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Invoke "sudo dnf install pmbootstrap". 2. Invoke "pmbootstrap init". Actual results: pmbootstrap states that openssl is necessary. Expected results: pmbootstrap should initiate successfully.
