Allow custom branding to differentiate multiple Satellite instances


3. What is the nature and description of the request?
Customers have different instances (e.g. PROD and TEST) and managing them in same browser is difficult. It's not possible from UI perspective to identify the right instance.
There are already some Hints on Login Page, but those does not help when already logged in.


4. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
To avoid mistakes working on PROD and TEST instances, the customer need a visual differentiator to identify which instance he's currently logged-in.
When working with different instances sometimes only the URL is different but this fact can be overseen easily. 
A visual highlight will trigger attention to human brain, so he can identify more easily and quickly which instance he's working on. This will prevent customer from mistakes in wrong instance.

5. How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)
- Apply different Styles/Color - Probably an alternative color scheme would help
- Selecting a different Logo or Header-color


6. For each functional requirement listed, specify how Red Hat and the customer can test to confirm the requirement is successfully implemented.
- Apply the alternative color-scheme (or any other method)
- Login into Satellite WEB-UI
- Check if on all pages, the different scheme is applied and visible.
