Any chance of a .ods which sets up the scenario which will crash when I do the final stage ? I'm having difficulty in reproducing, I guess I'm probably mis-understanding a step.
Created attachment 137577 [details] A spreadsheet for crashing oocalc
On the Gnome terminal from which I launched oocalc it showed: Avert a fatal crash Dunno if this was there last time around.
Just tried on i386, no crash. But the selected text isn't centered either.
Seems a comment got lost... What I did was to select the "Horst von Brand" text (not the cell) in the spreadsheet at #3 and asked to center it. No effect, tried right-aligning, etc. Nothing. Closing oocalc via mouse gave the same crash report as before (diff(1) shows no difference).
Very ugly, input handler has a pointer to a pattern which is deleted by adding the alignment attribute. Workaround checked in, reported upstream as http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=70064
Fixed as of 2.0.4-5.1 (at least it doesn't crash anymore).
