[RDR] rbd mirror pod ip is getting blocked in ceph

OCP version:- 4.10
ACM version:- 2.5
ODF version:- 4.10.3-2
Ceph version:- ceph version 16.2.7-112.el8cp 
(e18db2ff03ac60c64a18f3315c032b9d5a0a3b8f) pacific (stable)

2.Run workload
3.check ceph osd blocklist ls


Actual results:

$ ceph osd blocklist ls
10.132.2.133:0/3885212288 2022-05-24T12:35:34.664660+0000
listed 1 entries


Expected results:
rbd mirror pod IP should not be blocklisted
