To use this feature we need the PVC to be in the same namespace as the noobaa-endpoint in this case the openshift-storage namespace, in almost all case this will not be the case and the PVC will only be available in the application namespace

Hi reviewed the content, it's looking good. @agantony I just added some small comments to the gdoc. Also added a couple of comments for small typos on the preview gitlab commit.
