IMHO this parameter should be set automatically when mirroring is enabled.
Not sure if documenting how to change the value makes sense or not.

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2093266 has been filed to track the automatic enablement.

Enablement needs to be done manually in 4.10.3, so we need to document it.
