Describe the issue: Connectivity mode states that "It evaluates connection scores provided by each monitor for its peers and elects the most connected and reliable monitor to be the leader." This statement is not completely accurate, as the connection score is based on uptime of the links between monitors, and the monitors should be fully connected, so a monitor with more hardware (or even faster networking) won’t end up with a higher score unless the other links are breaking. Describe the task you were trying to accomplish: Set MON election strategy. Suggestions for improvement: (1) Clarify the highlighted statement for connectivity mode. (2) Add tip that if a specific monitor is desired to be the leader, configure the election strategy so that the specific monitor is the first monitor in the list (i.e., rank is 0).
