Describe the issue: We are deprecating ISCSI featuring and dropping support. Hence, We need to remove the ISCSI related contents from documentations.

For RHCS 6.0

Suggestions for improvement:

We need to remove the ISCSI sections and ISCSI related from the following docs for 6.0

Installation guide, 
Rados Block Device guide, 
Dashboard guide, 
Operation guide, 
Upgrade Guide, 
Troubleshooting guide 

All traces of the iSCSI gateway, gwcli tool, etc should be removed from the RHCS documentation

@Eliska, We also need to document the below as NOTE 

 - what happens to the ISCSI luns when upgraded, how data is managed. Can we access the data without ISCSI

The images themselves should still be there no matter what So data shouldn't be lost and can't be really be stale if iSCSI devices all disappeared.
It's just inaccessible (at least through iSCSI)and we can get the data back using RBD map command

Its user responsibility to manage the iscsi luns before upgrade ***********

@Eliska, Can you move the BZ to ON QA for QA to verify.  I see the comment 5 mentioned about the jira ticket tracking for the same BZ. We shall verify and then later take it to closure once we have the NZ in ON QA state.
