Tthe single quotes here are HTML stylized, not standard ascii characters.  Thus, copy/paste of the command does not work.

This is pertaining to step 7 command:
$ oc logs -l job-name=ocs-osd-removal-job -n openshift-storage --tail=-1  |egrep -i ‘pvc|deviceset’

Note the single quotes for the egrep are HTML stylized, not ascii 's
