I looked through the changes (https://github.com/mtrojnar/stunnel/commit/3841d347d7b0bb6a680c5d1956b3b4ed4be97e71), and it’s pretty much all refactoring, fixes for const-correctness, and changes to some Windows GUI code. No changes to functionality as far as I can see, so I'll skip this release.
