Description of problem:

DR Policy takes a longer duration to get Validated

OCP - 4.11
ODF - 4.11-113

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create DR policy
2. DR policy takes some to change the status to "Validated"

Actual results:


Expected results:
 
Status should be changed to "Validated" in a minimal time.

Time taken to Validate - ~8 mins
Expected time - 3-5 mins
