Proposing as a freeze exception because of FTBFS. I tested it several times over the last few days, it works without issues.
Discussed during the 2022-10-17 blocker review meeting: [0] The decision to classify this bug as a "RejectedFreezeException (Final)" was made as this appears to be only fails-to-build, the existing package installs, and rebuilding it alone is not asserted to fix any important bugs, so this is rejected.
