syncthing is not yet compatible with Go 1.19. If the past is any indicator, this will be fixed with one of the next releases of syncthing (most likely 1.21.0).
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 37 development cycle. Changing version to 37.
