None of the monitors are in the quorum.

OCS 4.6

Does this issue impact your ability to continue to work with the product
(please explain in detail what is the user impact)?
Yes, cluster is unusable as mon and osd pods are down


Is there any workaround available to the best of your knowledge?
Restore mon pods [1] however I have not tried this procedure
