Description of problem:
Satellite had a guide for integration with PCP till Sat6.8. Customers have used to monitor Satellite that way but they are in an uncertain situation now with no advice from Red Hat on this topic.

Since we had such a monitoring guide in past (imperfect but sufficient for customers), this is seen as a regression from customer user experience.

My understanding is Satellite can easily integrate PCP for such monitoring and it is rather a matter of writing and reviewing documentation for that.

Sat 6.9+
(I guess guide for 6.11+ will be sufficient)
