As soon as launched, with or without options, virt-viewer crashes. $ virt-viewer --help (process:41805): libsoup-ERROR **: 12:04:59.470: libsoup3 symbols detected. Using libsoup2 and libsoup3 in the same process is not supported. Trace/breakpoint trap (core dumped)
Ops. So, libsoup detects that it is linking against libsoup3 and libsoup2 and crashes. spice-gtk 0.41 moved to libsoup3 [0] but libgovirt has release [1] plus build pending in fedora. I think nothing else in virt-viewer uses libsoup* [0] https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/spice-gtk/0.41/3.fc37/data/logs/x86_64/root.log [1] https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libgovirt/-/merge_requests/20#note_1532231 I'd recommend the user to downgrade spice-gtk as a workaround.
