Description of problem:
On hosts with Intel X722 iWARP HCA, all perftest commands fail.

1. Install RHEL-9.1.0 on rdma-perf-04 & rdma-perf-05 servers (both with Intel X722 iWARP irdma)
2. execute perftest test scripts
