I would believe that a requirement for the "Disk on all nodes" is the labelling of the nodes with the label cluster.ocs.openshift.io/openshift-storage based on my OCS 4.7 training and exam preparation. 

If so, then this pre-requisite can be added to the documentation.

Also, I believe that only in the "Disk on selected nodes" that label will be applied to the selected nodes, is that true?
