1. Perform FFU from 13 to 16.2 with RHEL-8.6 for ceph nodes.
2. Issues observed during leapp are being reported here -> https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2117589.
3. current issue is related to ceph upgrade.
