Description of problem:

Client registration with RH Satellite 6.12 ends with 'No package foreman_ygg_worker available.'

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Satellite WebUI > Register Host Page
2. Select Parameters as Setup REX, Setup Insights and REX pull mode as Yes(Over-ride) along with Organization, Location, Activation Key.
3. Generate the command and execute on the host that you want to register

Actual results:
The host is registered successfully but end result shows
