Description of problem:

Need To test redhat OSP 17.x which are rhel9.x based against a satellite infrastructure to cater to disconnected / Airgaped customers 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

satellite 6.11 / RHOSP 17.0 / 17.1 / 18.x



Expected results:
Successful deployment of RHOSP 17.x using Satellite hosted repositories
