Description of problem:

Offload is working fine when the customer is pinging from compute node to VM. They can see.

But when the same packets are mirrored to a diff VM, offload is not working. 

This doc is being followed to mirror the packet

Also, offload is not working when ping is done from VM1 to VM2(both on the same network/compute node). Not sure if it works or not.
