Description of problem:
It would be usefull to display the hostname in the virt-manager title bar.
This would make it much easier to identify a given virt-manager window if one 
has multiple instance of virt-manager (from different hosts) running on a 
single desktop.

virt-manager 2.x on RHEL5 Beta and FC6

How reproducible:
Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1.start virt-manager
2.check title bar :)
3.

Actual Results:
no hostname in the title bar makes it hard to identify host on which virt-
manager is actually running

Expected Results:
hostname in the title bar to ease identifcation of virt-manager / host instance

Change to add either hostname, or HV uri to titlebar is upstream:

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux major release.  Product Management has requested further
review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux Major release.  This request is not yet committed for
inclusion.

This is fixed as a result of fixing bug 218537.
