Hello developer.

git-cinnabar has changed it's language base from Python to Rust from 0.6.0.

I made an updated spec for your reference. Hope it would be helpful.

According to our Rust guidelines[1], `git-cinnabar` is available on crates.io and thus the source package must be named `rust-git-cinnabar`. The update process would involve submitting a new package review for rust-git-cinnabar (and all dependencies) and retiring the existing package.

I'd be happy to review the new package requests, we just need Elliott's agreement to proceed with this plan.

There's a detailed guide for new contributors[2], if you are not familiar with the process. And if you are not interested in submitting the packages yourself - that is fine too.

Thanks for replying.

There are some dependencies needed to be submitted first and I'm not interested to do that currently. Sorry for that.
