Version Tested:
----------------
ODF - quay.io/rhceph-dev/ocs-registry:4.12.0-82
OCP - 4.12.0-0.nightly-2022-10-25-210451

Test steps:
------------
1. Installed RDR cluster
2. Deployed 2 applications (busybox-workloads-1 and busybox-workloads-2)
3. Initiated failover of busybox-workloads-1 from UI and refreshed the console because of BZ https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2136403 and initiated failover of busybox-workloads-2 within secs from UI
4. Error "No subscription groups are found" not seen in the UI
5. Failover of both applications succeeded.
6. Looked for this error message back and forth for the same application and for different applications.. multiple times, No error seen.

$ oc get drpc -n busybox-workloads-1
NAME AGE PREFERREDCLUSTER FAILOVERCLUSTER DESIREDSTATE CURRENTSTATE
busybox-drpc   3h31m   sraghave-cluster1   sraghave-cluster1   Failover       FailedOver

$ oc get drpc -n busybox-workloads-2
NAME AGE PREFERREDCLUSTER FAILOVERCLUSTER DESIREDSTATE CURRENTSTATE
busybox-drpc   40m   sraghave-cluster1   sraghave-cluster1   Failover       FailedOver

Moving to Verified

Unfortunately I did not hit this on 4.6.1, I am moving this bug again to on_qa.

ACM 2.6.2 is not GAed yet, will test it again once the build is available.
