Description of problem:
[ice] and [mlx5_core] ovs dpdk bonding performance test get very lower results than i40e and ixgbe driver

With same topo and openvswitch version find that ice and mlx5_core driver get very lower performance results than ixgbe and i40e

Hi Hekai,
This bug is from years ago, so I assume it has been fixed.
If not, please open a fresh bug with openvswitch 3.3 data in the FDP project in Jira.
