How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install the plone rpm
2.From the ZMI create a plone site
3.Inside the plone site create a user (assign the right privileges)
4. Log in as the new user into the plone site
5. Try to create some content via the web interface

Actual Results:
You get an AttributeError: atct

Expected Results:
The content should be published

Additional info:
The error is because the version of Five used is Five 1.3.6 (2006-05-29)

But this version has an error. I have succsfully used 1.3.8 and it works.
