Description of problem:
This package fails to build from source on ELN/RHEL 10 due to passing `-D vdpau=disabled`, which has been removed upstream.

gstreamer1-plugins-bad-free-1.20.4-1.eln122

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. `fedpkg --release eln build`

Actual results:
meson.build:1:0: ERROR: Unknown options: "vdpau"

Successful build
