Storage status card.

Description of problem :
--------------------------
In overview dashboard under status tab, when clicked on "storage" in error state then on link able Openshift Data Foundation it directs user to UI with 404 error.  


Version of all relevant components :

ODF : 4.12.0-91

Yes

Steps to Reproduce:
---------------------
1. Deploy ODF cluster and fill in any OSD to 85% of capacity. 
2. Go to overview dashboard and status section in dashboard.
3. Click on link able Open shift data foundation and it directs to UI with 404 error.

Actual results:
-------------------
404 error encountered in UI.

Expected results:
--------------------
It should direct to ODF UI without any error .
