Description of problem:
In previous RHEL release there was xcf support in gnome-photos. Xcf file format is the native image format of the GIMP image-editing program, which is now part of RHEL 9.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have some xcf picture in Pictures directory
2. Open gnome-photos


Actual results:
No picture is shown in gnome-photos application

Expected results:
xcf image is shown in gnome-photos application
