OSD recovery taking unusual time in OVN 4.11 than expected Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. Depeloy ROSA 4.11 provider consumer cluster 2. persform day 2 operation/ run toer4b regression tests 3.
