Describe the issue:

This section:

https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_openshift_data_foundation/4.10/html-single/troubleshooting_openshift_data_foundation/index#restoring_the_cephfs

should not exist for user-facing documentation. It should be a KCS article with a huge warning to only engage with engineering consultation. Please remove it from the user-facing docs.
