Description Adam Williamson 2022-11-18 01:20:24 UTC
This bug is specific to the Fedora Flatpak build of gnome-maps.

When running that build, if you try to use the "Export as Image" function (on the burger menu), the exported image is not visible from the host system or other flatpak apps like Image Viewer. I'm guessing this is because the flatpak lacks the permission to write to the user's "real" Pictures folder. It looks to me like the exported image winds up in `~/.var/app/org.gnome.Maps/data/[filename]` so far as the host system is concerned.
