I noticed that the following patches are not actually applied via %patch:

# Update configure for aarch64 (bz #925112)
Patch8: bochs-aarch64.patch
Patch10: bochs-usb.patch

This looks like a mistake, so I thought I'd raise it.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 38 development cycle.
Changing version to 38.
