Description of problem: In Fedora, only gputils 1.5.0 is available, which was released in 2016, nearly 5 years ago. Currently, the latest upstream version is gputils 1.5.2. The outdated gputils 1.5.0 lacks support for many of the new PIC microcontroller models found in 1.5.2, and cannot be used in the development for these targets.
I am seeing a regression in gpasm, and I am trying to locate the source of the regression. Will update the version as soon as I have a patch.
