Description of problem:
Looking for a notification or warning that appears when a user is going to manually sync the content views or products from UI and CLI to Capsule Servers. 

Specifically hoping for – some sort of warning or notification stating user is performing this action outside of daily sync plan/schedule.  If this notification could be customized that would be even better.
