Due to issues presented in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2142270, the upgrade documentation for RHEL 7 to RHEL 8 via Leapp needs to include a step that has the user reindex the database (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2142270#c31).

this needs to happen for both, leapp and migration scenarios
