It should be possible to burn toc files from the context menu in nautilus.
For that nautilus-cd-burner must claim to support that mime type.

This is a low-risk change that is already in the latest stable upstream version

review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux Major release.  This request is not yet committed for
inclusion.
