Description of problem:
This is a large deployment with thousands of instances being created and destroyed every day and DB independent nodes.
Since upgrade to 16.1.9 they're seeing these errors on mysql logs from DB nodes.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RHOSP 16.1.9

How reproducible:
Ugrade to 16.1.9

Actual results:
Errors with index in mysql logs

Expected results:
No errors

Additional info:
In next updates and there are sosreports and DB dumps attached to the case in the portal
