Description of problem:
Two "PVC Delete" warning appears while deleting a PVC which has a datavolume.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upload an image to a PVC
2. Delete the PVC from Storage -> PVC
3.

Actual results:
Two "PVC Delete" warning appears

Expected results:
No duplicate warning
