Description Jan Hutař 2023-02-22 20:44:31 UTC
Description of problem:
First load of Satellite UI downloads 31 MB of *.js. I think this can cause first impression of Satellite bad and is wasting resources.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
satellite-6.13.0-6.el8sat.noarch

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Clean browser cache
2. Open browser's developer console (F12 on Firefox) and switch to "Network" tab
3. Enter Satellite URL

Actual results:
Almost 31 MB of *.js and *.css files is downloaded (once bz #2166244 is fixed, it will be compressed on transfer, but that is just a workaround).

Expected results:
Should be much less.

Additional info:
I assume "Packaging" is not a correct component here - sorry for that. Please move to correct one.
