gnome keyring pops up multiple times but does nothing

Always

1. Boot sytem
2. Run search bar
3. Etc.

Actual results:
Nothing working

Expected results:
Something works

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 39 development cycle.
Changing version to 39.
