1. Install Fedora in another language that isn't english
2. Run a command with root privileges
3.

Actual results:
The "For security reasons, the password you type will not be visible" string will appear in english.

The string being translated.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 39 development cycle.
Changing version to 39.
