Description of problem:

While Changing the content view of a host it is not possible to scroll or Search for a Content View from Satellite WebUI:

How reproducible:

Easily reproducible

Steps to Reproduce:

On Satellite WebUI -> Hosts -> All Hosts -> Click on Hostname -> Content View Details -> Edit Content View Assignment (See attached file "Contnet_View.png)

Actual results:

Scrolling is not possible Or Search Box not present to find the content view with name.

Expected results:

Should be able to Scroll the list or Search Content View.

This was addressed upstream in https://projects.theforeman.org/issues/35742 (Katello 4.7.1) and is downstream in Satellite 6.13.0.
