In applicationSet apply the policy modal, Expand section under the dual list view sometimes shows an incorrect selection. Due to this, the selection count goes incorrect.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In DR UI, Go to DRPolicy list page.
2. Click the action menu button
3. Click "Manage policy for ApplicationSets" option
4. Dual list view modal will open
5. Move the unprotected application to protect (left to right)
6. Now click expand the view for the right-side application, the selection will count go wrong.


Actual results:
sometimes it increase count and some time it decrease count

Expected results:
when the application is selected the app count should show correctly.
