The statement here seems not correct as it conveyes that CEPH5.3 is compatible for RHOSP16.2 and 17.0 director deployed environment.

I got some input while discussing it in internal forum that "for 16.2, director can only deploy RHCeph4. RHCeph5 is supported only when it's not deployed by director, the so called "external ceph"
That page is incorrect, they should have just copied the note in the compatibility matrix for Ceph 5.2: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_ceph_storage/5/html/compatibility_guide/compatibility-matrix-for-red-hat-ceph-storage-5-2 "Red Hat OpenStack Platform 16.1z8 and 16.2z1 are supported only with external Red Hat Ceph Storage 5.2. Red Hat OpenStack Platform 17.0 supports Red Hat Ceph Storage 5.2 through both external and director deployed.""

Please have a look and modify/update the doc correctly to avoid any confusion.
