Issue is affecting nouveau drivers and screen brightness controls on laptop. Once I received this kernel update, I noticed GPU/screen issue once logging in and I could no longer adjust screen brightness using buttons AND I could NOT adjust brightness anywhere in the KDE Desktop Environment (the option IS GONE). The issue above goes away once I manually switch to: kernel.x86_64 6.1.18-200.fc37

Description of problem: I logged into the desktop after a reboot. Actually, the screen had gotten all messed up and I wasn't able to do anything but I could ping the instance so I ssh'ed across from my mobile and sudo'd a reboot --no-wall --reboot. Once it had come back up, I logged in and it started processing that and then the screen blinked off, then back on and then off and on again before settling down.
