Description of problem:
Shutter in fedora 38 beta crash at startup.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
shutter-0.99.3-1.fc38.src.rpm

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install the shutter rpm version 
2. run it

Actual results:
ns_changed was emitted by widget Gtk3::ComboBoxText=HASH(0x5633130fcdc0)
Can't locate object method "remove_submenu" via package "Gtk3::MenuItem" at /usr/bin/shutter line 7174, line 19.
